SABO, Patti Katter, & P.A. On the Track have teamed up to bring you all a New Hip-Hop Meditation Project titled “Construct.”

This project brings 4 Binaural instrumentals. 2 Delta Beats and 2 Beta beats produced by P.A. on the track, a producer based out Argentina. Vocals provided by the lovely Patti Katter who is known for her renounced award winning podcasting. SABO, who is a Warfighter Music Pioneer, knew that there was a need for this type of sound in his veteran community. Too many veterans suffer from lack of good sleep and positive motivation after serving. So the idea to combine meditation with hip hop and binaural beats came into light.   Binaural beats in the Delta range have been associated with deep sleep and relaxation. According to sleep foundation.org Binaural beats are a perception of sound created by your brain.   According to www.healthline.com Binaural beats in the delta (1 to 4 Hz) range with deep sleep and relaxation and Binaural beats in the lower beta frequencies (14 to 30 Hz) to increased concentration and alertness, problem solving, and improved memory.  If you are like myself who has trouble falling asleep or enjoy taking the time to meditate then this is the project for you. With so much negative going on in the world sometimes you need positive reinforcement to help you get through it. Songs such as Affirmations & Victory provide that.  Experience the journey with songs Inception & Universe as it takes you through a mental exploration. Patti Katter’s comforting voice guides you every step of the way while SABO, the true north of direction helps your mind go where it needs to go

In this life you either stand for something or fall for anything. In everyday life we find ourselves fighting for something. So ask yourself What you fighting for? 

In July 2021, two combat veterans came together and put together a concert for the community and was able to raise funds for Wounded Veterans Relief Fund. SABO & Soldier Hard both served in the US Army as Armor Crewmen 19Kilo Tankers on M1A2 Abrams. They both have multiple deployments under there belt, but now share their passion with music as a form of therapy and healing.   After years of paving the way and performing all around the world both artist came together coined the term Warfighter Music.   Warfighter Music - is a form of music written, composed, performed by any military/ veteran geared towards the Warfighter community and worldwide.   Both came together to release a dual album titled Warfighter Music Pioneers releasing on Veterans Day 11/11/21.
